I love Lee but him being nice doesn't make him an Fe Dom; Fi users can be nice too & his sportsmanship while fighting is just him having a strong Fi moral code. Furthermore man's Se is stronger than his legs. He is the bushy browed king of "I'm a workaholic but that's my happy place" (Se-Te looping). Lee's entire character is even based on Bruce Lee who's a high Se user. Might Guy (ESFP) took Lee under his wing, because he saw a younger version of himself in Lee. Lee took to Guy's way of training & fighting so seamlessly, not because he's an Fe Dom but because they have the same functions so Guy's approach came naturally to Lee. Tenten's typed as a Fe Dom & while she also primarily uses Taijutsu + summoning, she sees Guy (& Lee) as lovable yet crazy family members, not as relatable- let alone someone to emulate. If you're willing to go down the rabbit hole with me, I also think that his inability to use Ninjutsu & Genjutsu is a representation of his Ni Inf (ie Kishimoto wrote him this way to demonstrate how he approaches the world), as both of these are not nearly as tangible, quick, or straight forward as the clearly Se driven Taijutsu. I think that ninja's functions directly impact how they approach battles, & Lee's entire fighting style is *literally* "I punch & kick really hard & fast. Oh & sometimes I get drunk & hit you with nunchucks just because I can" does it get anymore Se Dom than that lol? The 1 jutsu Lee uses (8 gates) is immensely powerful but in turn has the side effects of bodily mutilation & death; I don't see a high Ni or Si user going anywhere near that. Compare his approach to Itachi, an actual high Ni/Fe user (INFJ) who's a master of Genjutsu aka manipulation of others (Fe) via illusions (Ni) & who's fighting style, personality & character arc for that matter, are all based around trickery & deception for the greater good. Do you guys have any specific Fe Dom thinking moments from him that I'm missing? Cause right now I'm not seeing ExFJ at all.
