What personality type is (Good) Wang Yi? (Good) Wang Yi is an ENTP personality type in MBTI, 7w8 - so/sx - 972 in Enneagram, in Big 5, ESE in Socionics.
ALRIGHT here's an argument to why he's ENTP, because there's no way he's ESFJ or anything else y'all have been making up. Ne: -He uses creative ways to act as a villain in the novels (well, he has to) -He likes gaining insight (as seen in the chapter where he goes to the bar to get used to the place) -He often thinks of what to do/solutions on the spot, and he plays along as best as he could (actually it's like this for most of the story) Ne-ti: -Ideas connect in his head extremely fast due to his intuition (it was also mentioned in the story) -Figures out things very quick, such as recognizing that the child and woman were actors hired by Qin and not actual poor people (although he did have aid from knowing the plot) Fe: -He had been unwilling to smile or laugh from a young age (this makes sense, seeing that weaker functions have not developed yet in early childhood). A Fe dom would catch up much sooner and try to fit into the atmosphere of the room. -He is literally unable to feel others emotions or understand them. Instead, he uses ne-ti and reasons with his childhood friends about how many other animals are slaughtered and used for testing, yet they were so sad over a dead cat. Si: not much Si in the story in general. -Why is he [internally] so nice to Qin in the first story? I guess a young child being abused could make sense for him to feel bad, especially how he develops Fe more after he grows up. (it's also possible that the authors wanted to make it humorous? not sure though) -Yes, his Fe is very visible in the first story, but he uses more Ne in general. Just look at how he was like in childhood. Not sure why y'all disagree with him being ENTP. It makes sense.
