I think she is more likely an ENFJ than an INFJ. She seems like she leads with a judging function (in this case - Fe) based on her body language and speech patterns, which all appear very structured and deliberate. I especially see this play out in her deliberate use of smiles which she uses to appeal to the audience, even though she smiles at times that don't make sense if they were based on her inner emotions in those moments. Although INFJs tend to do this too, I don't think they do it as often - or to the same extent - as she does in her videos (side note: at least in my personal experience, it is quite draining). Also, a minor point that makes me think ENFJ rather than INFJ is that her career and almost all of her videos are based around food and vegan diets... I think that makes more sense with an S function that isn't in the inferior position (so I think tertiary Se for ENFJ makes more sense than inferior Se for INFJ). Anyways, overall I agree with xNFJ, but I lean toward ENFJ based on these factors and her general "vibe," which is hard to put into words. Also, 1w2 seems pretty obvious.
