This can be tied to Ti PoLR and Ni ignoring. However, he still gets stuff done, and might correspond to 2D Te in an XEE type. In addition, Austin is very expressive and funny and it sometimes seems natural, which would signify strong Fe. His inactivity on twitter and other media, however, might mean that he's Fe unvaluing. His behavior kind of seems to align with delta values, as he seems like a family-oriented man, promoting his brother's game and telling us the heartwarming story of his father (rest in peace, Brad).
