ISFJ 2w1 sp/so 269 needs my help. MBTI - Si-Fe-Ti-Ne —> Si-Ne: I feel that Aunt May was most likely “good at identifying when something [was] not meeting up to a … prior experience or procedure standard”, having had “a focus on precision and consistency”. — Towards the end of “Survival of the Fittest” (S1-E1), Aunt May sought to establish a curfew time for Spider-Ma— er, Peter Parker that would be consistent and stable in order to ensure his own assured safety, her reasoning having been based in a responsibility that Peter follows the rules. —> Si-Fe: I feel that Aunt May sought after “a positive emotional reaction from others”, having also had a “focus on maintaining relationships”, which resulted in her being a bit of a “natural [caregiver]”. — In “Group Therapy” (S1-E11), Aunt May was feeling tired and possibly considered cancelling on her planned outing with Mrs Watson, but Peter suggested that it would be good for Aunt May to go, perhaps receiving a positive interpersonal experience would have done her emotional wellness good. —> Si-Ti: I feel that Aunt May may have tended to use “twisted Ti logic to rationalize an Fe decision”, which did not necessarily include “manipulation”, but more so “convincing” herself that she was doing “best for everyone” else. — Ugh, my information is limited, but it may have been in “Blueprints” (S2-E1) or an early Season 2 episode otherwise when Aunt May was stubbornly insistent on being an active caregiver in the Parker household, despite her needing to recover from a recent heart attack. ENNEAGRAM - 2w1 sp/so 269 —> Type 2: I feel that Aunt May contended with the “you-centredness of 2”, in which she was “blind to [her] own needs” given how much she “[identified]” with “helping others”— it was “difficult for [her] to ask for anything” herself. — In “Intervention” (S1-E12), this pride may have manifested in Aunt May’s adamant assurance to Peter that she was okay despite her being in the hospital— I really don’t feel that it was pride in the sense of arrogance for Aunt May as much as it was her stubborn belief that she needed to be the most emotionally resilient person, able to take on the world’s needs. —> Wing 1: I feel that Aunt May was more than likely “service-oriented out of principle”, having found herself in “thankless positions” and was more “behind-the-scenes”. — In “Reinforcement” (S2-E3), Aunt May may have a demonstrated a more lawful orientation as somewhat presented in her asking Peter to turn off the news regarding the “Extraction” of the Sinister Six, perhaps having sought to “correctly” maintain social harmony. —> sp/so: I feel that Aunt May was most likely instinctually focused on “domesticity” aspect of the Self-Preservation Instinct, which involved “creating & maintaining a home”. — Ugh, again, information to reference for Season 2’s episodes is limited, so I will just type that Aunt May seem focused on being a caregiver in a homemaking context, making sure Peter was well fed and that he had a safe home to come to. Besides, if you’re gonna take photos for the Bugle, you need a new camera. Thanks.
