What personality type is Venom? Venom is an ESTP personality type in MBTI, 7w8 - sx/sp - 783 in Enneagram, SLUEN in Big 5, SEE in Socionics.
🕊🕊 I can say that I had the biggest crush on him a year ago during my immature phase. No idea what was going on there. I love his character still, though. Edit a week later; I wanted to assess why I see him as 8w7 and not 7w8. To start, I can not see him as any of the instinctual subtypes for 7 besides Sp7. E8, on the other hand, I cannot come to the conclusion of whether or not he is Sx/So, So/Sp, etcetera. As an Ni user, my memory is extremely vague and big-picture oriented. I am leaning towards Venom being Sx/So or Sx/Sp, though. Why? He has the strong rebellious attitude that Sx8 displays very clearly in ’Let There be Carnage’. Or even in the first movie, but I cannot recall any specific moments. Venom is very domineering and controlling as well. An example of his rebellious behavior is the movie itself. He wants to go “eat bad guys” (which gives me Sx/So vibes because So8 wants to protect people, but I am still not sure), but Eddie does not want Venom to kill [understandably]. Venom had a physical fight with Eddie because of this, going out into the world anyway and separating himself. I just cannot see him as a core 7. I believe people are coming to the conclusion of E7w8 because Venom went to a party after his fight with Eddie. You can like parties and not be an E7. He is probably Sx/Sp, though, because Venom has needs that he wants Eddie to meet (i.e. eating human brains , etcetera). This is just my opinion, though.
