i'm wondering how she is seen as an Si dom rather than Ti, and inferior Fe makes way more sense than aux tbh rei has a history of moving from one place to the next because she could never find her place, her identity, wants, needs, etc. none of it made sense to her, and whether it was subconscious or not, she was always searching for it. throughout her childhood with tae she created this internal framework of what music meant to her and what performing with others / friendship should mean, but everywhere she went, it felt meaningless. her potential remained untapped for so long because of this. when she joins ras, she still holds this sense of independent logic close to her. she has a difficult time understanding those around her and nothing makes sense to her until she finds tae again. rei's inner logic makes the most sense with her around. considering the season 3 conflicts, everyone in the band is very different and has their own issues and goals rather than there being one collective objective and this confuses rei. she's passive for a time to all the conflict, and she explains later in her conversation with chu2 that it took her a long time to understand her, and that she was used to running away from situations like this and moving on to the next (Se) but this time she wanted to fight: because ras seemed to be exactly what she was looking for. she had a very difficult time understanding the goal of "being the best" because thats not what music was to her, thats not what being in the band meant to her. rei ignored her sense of self for so long that she felt like she couldn't commit to something when the going got tough.
