What personality type is Naoto Shirogane? Naoto Shirogane is an INTJ personality type in MBTI, 5w4 - sp/so - 514 in Enneagram, RCOAI in Big 5, LII in Socionics.
I would like to clarify when I believe she is LII-Ti and not LSI-Ti. Part of this comment will be in response to the comment below. However, I wanted to post this in the larger comment area since some of my points regard other aspects. I am currently replaying that game so I am quite confidant that she is in fact LII. Both points used below are when she is in an unhealthy state. Use the functions over quadra values. Polr functions are basically points of insecurity and lack of confidence. I don't recall her being insecure with Ne as she is often seen as the one taking the role of thinking of all of the possibilities for the investigation team. Where she is insecure is highlighted in the comment below. She wasn't sure of how much Se force or volition to approach her case and, as a result was, clumsy with her approach. Even if we use quadra traits or stereotypical function traits, she really isn't that harsh of a person. When you get to know her, she is almost meek. The comment says "she prefers taking action over investigating from the sidelines" which I find to be false. She clearly prefers to think over acting. She often says something along the lines of "I need to mull this over". Even when you just hang out with her, she finds enjoyment simply from discussing the case which is fairly socionics Ne and Ti. Not only that; in her social link you go along with her investigating a non-serious case that involves solving little riddles and finding her different toys that she made largely due to the fact that she simply is doing it for fun. Also when you face Namatame at the end of the Heaven dungeon, Naoto is the one telling you to stall and not rush in immediately as she hopes to take a calmer and less confrontational approach in order to get more information. She may try to put up a tough front due to societal expectations, but in the end of the day, she is not that intense of a person and is a lighter-hearted character. More in comments
