He's the same as Barry because well he is Barry. He's just in a painful and unhealthy Te grip, hence why he's always planning and ruthless, unhealthy Fi/Si loop as well because he felt horrible from the way the team treated him and he's ruminating over those memories constantly, he uses Ne in the sense that he tries to have a plan for the future and will use a backup if need be. He loses the moral center of Fi and instead ruminates of his depressive emotions, his Ne isn't really used and ignored for Te, while Si causes him to loop. His 6w7 Enneagram is also disintegrating into Enneagram 3, so he displays unhealthy Enneagram 3 traits such as wanting success and power.

Savitar, also referred to as Alchemy and the self-proclaimed God of Speed, is a major antagonist in the TV series The Flash. He appears as the main antagonist of Season 3, a posthumous antagonist in Seasons 4, 7 and 8, and a minor antagonist in Season 5.
