Simon's far too attentive of his emotional environment to not be an Fe dom. He uses his Ne to enhance his Fe, not the other way around. His jokes are witty, but more importantly: always at the right time. Dom/aux Ne users tend to struggle to coordinate their jokes with the emotional environment.
