What personality type is Jeff Bezos? Jeff Bezos is an ISTJ personality type in MBTI, 3w4 - sp/so - 386 in Enneagram, RCOEI in Big 5, LSE in Socionics.

It's funny how a lot of the successful people in business get typed as intuitive (in particular, INTJs) when it's crystal clear they are Si users. Jeff is definitely Si dominant (very detail-oriented - he's been described as meticulous about the littlest of things, to the point of not really seeing the bigger picture; calculated and strategic, but in making decisions, he always goes with the traditional business model/ the practices that worked in the past etc etc...). I think there is this bias towards sensors that they are stuck in the past/ present and do not plan for the future. And that is not true at all. I think people confuse Se with Si, but they are two completely different functions (obv, just like Ne and Ni). While the not planing for the future and living in the moment is the case for Se users, that is not the case with Si at all. Now, it is true that Si relies on past experiences (which makes dominant Si users more sentimental, traditional, reluctant to change unless they can see that it will be more efficient (thanks to TE). It is also true that Si focuses on the reality, all of the facts, details and data. But, it does all of those things IN ORDER TO predict future outcomes, make decisions and plans for the future. Both ISTJs and INTJs are long-term strategists. They make plans for years into the future. They just go about it in different ways. They are both goal-oriented, ambitious and can be very successful. But the decision-making process is very different. In case of Jeff Bezos, he's clearly an ISTJ. Also, I have a YT channel about the MBTI types of celebrities and movie characters.
