What personality type is Nia? Nia is an ESTJ personality type in MBTI, 6w5 - sp/so - 684 in Enneagram, SLOEN in Big 5, SEE in Socionics.
Without a doubt an ESTJ, but her Fi is very strong. Because of her 8 fix and Choleric temperament, she tends to downplay the importance of her own emotions within a situation. She instead uses Te to guide and mobilize the party. Unabashedly outspoken, Nia is quick to question everyone around her, but she is very compassionate and has a strong moral code, shown right away by her standing up for Rex after he had awakened Pyra and against Jin and Malos. Her core Enneagram is displayed beautifully within the story. She starts out as an avarage sp 6 who is terrified of exposing herself for who she really is out of fear of being abandoned, witch hunted or otherwise regarded with disgust. This leads her to disregard her 5 wings' burning desire to be of use when something would require her true powers. Dromarch, knowing how much Nia suffers from her inability to act, finally gives her the room to do so in Chapter 6 - and gets her one step closer to opening up. In Chapter 7, she finally completes her transformation to a healthy 6 and integrates into 9, revealing her true self to the party and admitting her feelings to Rex. Even though the outcome of her affections for him is left ambiguous, they come out of it closer than ever, and Nia is finally able to live without fear, affirming and trusting herself and the others unconditionally.
