Biography
The Principal of Haunted High. As the Red Lady she went after various monsters and conducted fierce hauntings, but in doing so amassed a large amount of "detention chains"— the indestructible but transferrable chains given to baddie ghosts —and was subsequently trapped in her own home in the Ghost World. Seeing how large her home was, she transformed it into a school and formed a plan to transfer all her chains to the students under the guise of punishment. There still weren't enough students to reasonably chain up, so she had the Hall Moanitors begin kidnapping ghosts from other schools (beginning with Spectra).
