What personality type is Clover? Clover is an ISTP personality type in MBTI, 1w9 - so/sp - 126 in Enneagram, RCOAI in Big 5, LSE in Socionics.
Everyone seems to think Clover have high amount of Fi only taking to attention his trait of soul – JUSTICE. While Justice can be main motivations of many Fi users, it's also a motivation for any type, not just Fi users. Many Ti users is recognized for seeking the truth, the meaning and the truth, because Ti users always searching for explanation of things, information, anything. It's important for them to have explanation, and own logic. How is Clover ISTP? GENOCIDE VERSION In many routes, Clover's whole motivation is to seek for Justice, for the truth what happened to 5 children's and throughout the game, he tries to learn what was the reasons, what killed them, what should he do with monsters to bring the fair Justice for everyone, trying to connect every piece of views. In Genocide, they justifie their own actions by Vengeance, and their point of view doing genocide seems REASONABLE and FAIR, but also immoral, which means they still in touch with their lower Fe, but in unhealthy way justifying their rampage in search for truth. But the truth is that they make up of they own truth, not taking into account the situations, the state of Underground, using their truth and justice as way to make their Vengeance, using unhealthy Ti, justifying their action, which is common for Ti users. PACIFIST VERSION WARNING: I'm not disrespecting and denying fact Clover is genderless, but i'm gonna use "he" since it's make things easy. In this route, Clover is slowly learning the Underground, it's people, the story of Underground, slowly making connections, friends, trying to put them into his own shoes, feeling deeply connected to them. He still didn't forgot about his mission, but he's in this route most likely goes through development of his Fe, trying to understand the group value, the monsters, everyone, trying to help them. And the end we can see that this is most important moment, since he's in conflict with logic, and everyone's feelings. He can't decide by pure logic what's the best solution, having a huge weight on his lower Fe, taking into his account feelings of Underground, finally realizing the ACTUALLY Truth and Justice. Not his own sense of logic, but HOW things actually is, and gives his soul as Ultimate sacrifice for Monsters, connecting own truth and taking into account feelings of others, making the right decision. It's the moment of Ti-Fe. Clover who's still a kid goes through much development, learning the truth and acting right. And I think this is why Clover is ISTP, since his seek for Justice through logic, not personal values, but using logic. I might add another arguments, and write some things. You can argue with me!
