The only reason he became king in the first place was because he wanted to help people. He was also never truly free in his opinion, not until P killed him. He lived his life in service of others, a trait that Geppeto took advantage of; This is pretty at odds with the explorative and free nature of Ne dominants, so Fe dom seems more likely.
