What personality type is Rook Hunt? Rook Hunt is an ENFJ personality type in MBTI, 3w2 - sx/so - 792 in Enneagram, SCUAI in Big 5, EIE in Socionics.
Okaaay so this is going to be terrifically long so be prepared hahaha. At first I was kind of doubtful between Si vs Ni because at times he expresses the knowledge he acquired from his job of hunting, but it wasn’t obvious enough compared with the numerous appearances of Ni; the top one example is his sense of organization when giving unique nicknames to others: Roi de Leon, Roi de Dragon, Roi d’Or, etc… Another example of Ni-Se is that he loves to make assumptions by collecting vast information from the sensory plane, and we can expose his Fe dom (tremendous ability to recognize the effort and work of others persistently) collaborating with Ni and Se when taking note of the weaknesses of his prey and based on that, making up a plan to chase them. I don’t want to give spoilers, so I will try my best explaining some things without making too much references. Fe-Ni can be displayed when he is at analyzing others, talking to reach a single purpose or make up a plan. He likes the challenge it takes to observe his prey so its weakness can be found, and as he is blind from his pride and sense of wanting to achieve things by his own (enneagram’s 3 wound), he will decline the step by step of how to catch his prey a wide source of information could offer him (remember that time he was asking Ruggie about Leona’s weakness? Yep, I’m talking about that). Another Ni thing we can see is that if the mood changes, one of his first inner thoughts is probably going to be: “Is something about to happen?” or when Kalim asked him who he would pick as a partner to survive in a deserted island and Rook knew Silver has stamina and physic strength enough to secure resources and make a good plan; being specific on his “talent” to sleep translating it in: good sleep= good health=survival. I can see how much developed his Se is just because of his job, hunting requires to be attentive of the world around him and his competitively in this activity makes him quite productive and helps him to pick up stimuli very quickly, assuming it is a hobby he was in long time ago, using Se now is like a dom function (I need to state here that for a second before analyzing his functions I thought he was a Se dom user hahaha). Now, 4w3 is rare for an ENFJ type (AGAIN, rare doesn’t means impossible) but that’s not the reason I believe his wing is 4 and not 3. Basically, ENFJ 4w3 would look more like INFJ’s because enneagram 4 is the introverted kind, also, it would make him an unapproachable person and more self-centered. On the other hand, ENFJ 3w4 have the sense to express themselves in an intense kind of way, but their pride and ambition to achieve things is stronger and we wouldn’t watch him happy all the time but more like absorbing different emotions frequently if he was 4w3. That’s it, if I forgot something I will modify it other day.
