Biography
Doctor Herbert Edgar Wyndham, also known as the High Evolutionary, was a geneticist who sought to take what he viewed as lower life forms and enhance them into a perfect species. An amoral, sadistic, and cruel scientist, Wyndham saw his creations as nothing other than steps towards creating the perfect society. He lacked any form of morality toward the species he uplifted. If they didn't conform to his specifications he would simply incinerate them, or in the case of Halfworld, destroy the entire planet and start anew. Wyndham had a large ego and massive god complex. When Rocket figured out why the animals that were being forced to evolve were aggressive and not himself, Wyndham flew into fits of rage, being emotionally abusive and taking sadistic pleasure taunting Rocket and saying he was never going to see his perfect society. #CompleteMonster
