What personality type is Yeonwoo? Yeonwoo is an INFP personality type in MBTI, 4w3 - sx/sp - in Enneagram, in Big 5, EII in Socionics.
i don't even know that much about mbti but this guy is so INFP it is physically painful (SPOILER WARNING) -Fi -> his entire judgement of his own character is motivated by "doing the right thing," "contributing," "helping" even if it involves dragging on a conflict that everyone just wants to move on from. if he isn't able to help, or if he hurts others on accident, he spirals into self loathing. "That's the scariest thing. My own mere existence alone can cause harm to others. I never want to go through that again." -ch. 82 on his dates with haesol you can also see his Fi exploding everywhere. he's constantly concerned about giving her a good time, giving meaningful gifts, paying for everything, giving back everything he receives from her, etc. and when he isn't able to do that, he feels incredibly guilty to the point of crying, even if haesol herself says honestly that she doesn't mind. -aux Ne -> visualizing possiblities, entertaining unrealistic daydreams (the few shoujo comic esque segments), imagining the worst possible scenario and immediately accepting it as true without considering factual evidence (inf Te) haesol: "Why would I leave? I told you I'd wait for you..." yeonwoo: "Y-yeah... But when I arrived I was scared that the worst case scenario happened. But instead of getting angry, you gave me flowers... A-all I did was do nothing... I'm terribly sorry." ^ Ne pessimism -> looping back to Fi self-judgement. this guy feels guilt and regret even when something good is happening lol -massive Fi-Si loop victim -> at his emotional low point, he feels morally corrupt and looks back on past mistakes to reaffirm that judgement about himself (during his breakdown in the bathroom he repeatedly remembers the pain he inflicted on Junhyuk in middle school) this is my first mbti analysis ever so excuse me if its bad lol. i just really like jeonwoo, even if being in his head for the whole story can be pretty emotionally taxing
