In his death scene he sticks to not hurting the humans, instead of entertaining the option that he may have to fight back to survive (si>ne). I dont think he could be INFJ or any intutivie dom for that matter because of how he doesnt think that maybe the humans shooting at him are the humans optimus talked about in his warning. Reminds me of Chiaki death in danganropa who is an ESFJ but Ratchet seems more introverted so ISFJ
