Oof interesting to see our dude get more of a backstory this season. Of course he has to be an a-hole in boss mode, but outside of that he's a caring dude that has a soft spot for his fam. I also think it's safe to assume he does secretly care about his employees. When Himuro wanted to make budget cuts by laying employees off, Ton didn't want to and tries to save money avoiding technological upgrades and cutting the AC. It's strangley...heart warming lol. This season is where his Si shows in particular...literally...he dances about the "good ol' days." It's cringe. Watch out. 💀
