She's definitely Fe > Fi. She identifies as being a Fremen and is a proud Fedaykin who views herself as a member of the tribe over being an individual. She holds more atheistic sentiments, but why? For her own sake or for the sake of her people? Although it's obvious she has feelings for Paul, her Ti makes her hesitant to trust him and believe in the Lisan al'Gaib because her people have been victims of the Harkonnens for decades and she feels this strong yearning for a Messiah is just another way of keeping her people enslaved mentally. The general Fremen philosophy also seems to also be inherently rooted in the functions associated with ISTP, but with a heavier focus on Ni-Fe (INFJ). My belief is that Chani's character is meant to represent an opposing perspective to the idea that her people can only know salvation with the help of "Mahdi". Thus, she puts an emphasis on logical reasoning (Ti) and affecting the immediate environment (Se). In the end, she's against what her people value (inferior Fe) over their objective reasoning for it (inferior Te) because religion is not rooted in logic, it's rooted in emotion and belief.
