[SPOILERS AHEAD for Sonic Forces game + the comic Rise of Infinite] Infinite shows the Te function quite well in the game, as well as strong Ni. However, I wouldn't say he focuses more on the Te. Infinite could have been (and most probably was) an ENTJ before the events of Sonic Forces ("only scars remain of who I was"). However, when he failed to defeat Shadow and protect his squad, he became more introverted as he suffered through quite a trauma. He felt fear and remorse for the first time in his life, as he was proud of his strength (that was not enough to defeat Shadow) and cared for his squad (which was now dead). This event could easily change Infinite to an INTJ instead. Infinite preferred acting in his way and didn't wish to speak more than he deemed necessary. He always seemed to process things internally more than actually speak his mind. Plus, he always had that "Ni-dom vibe" to me at least, just like Shadow does.
