I guess people are labeling him as ISTP because he skips school classes alot and smokes and dress like a delinquent. He Seems ISTJ to me. He just finds school unnecessary and impractical and doesn't serve any advantage for the family. But when it comes to the family, he is extremely loyal and hardworking individual. He is hard on himself and usually blames his own incompetence whenever he fails at a task.He pushes his limits just to fulfill high standards as the "right hand man" of the boss. Even when Tsuna was weak (even weaker than him) and somewhat coward during the beginning of the series, he believed that his boss was the strongest, and will never let anyone insult or criticise that belief. He never had overcame his past and anger towards his father. Also he cannot look at Bianchi without being sick due to the food poisoning he suffered from Bianchi's cooking when they were little. If he is really an ISTP, even when loyal to the family, he will actually be more relaxed and casual with Tsuna and even critcise him harshly and try to fix his weak departments instead of just pure praise and respect.
