He is a Fe user. Just a very selfish one. Both Fe and Fi can be selfish and selfless and him having his own agenda makes him human. Fe is externally focused and aware of collective values and morals and can manipulate people better to fight for a common cause, but their motives behind it can still be selfish. This fits him quite well. I also see too much Si in him for it being inferior and while he is able to use Ne well it doesn‘t have the strengths of his dominant function, which is his unhealthy Fe.

Arturo Román is one of the characters in the Netflix series Money Heist, portrayed by actor Enrique Arce. He was the general director of the Royal Mint of Spain before the heist took place. As one of the hostages, Arturo constantly got himself in trouble due to his attempts to defy the robbers and stage uprisings within the Royal Mint. After the heist, he became something of a celebrity, giving talks about his experience.
