hes not a te-fi user at all and i think that shows a lot with how different his battery dynamic is with eijun compared to miyuki, who is a te dom. miyuki doesnt really care about eijuns feelings — more of his physical and mental state. of course if eijun gets nervous he would care because it affects his performance but his first priority is trying to ease that anxiety. koushuu on the other hand tries to ease AND understand eijuns anxiety. hes always asking how eijun is, shown like near the end of act 2 when they were sitting by the grass. yes, he cares about eijuns health but he cares about eijuns feelings more than anything when going into a game. i dont remember the scene very vividly either but didnt he stop mid game to check how eijun was doing and also started doing deep breaths with him? miyuki would never so that and thats the difference between koushuu, an fe user, and miyuki, a te user

Okumura has a quiet and very serious personality. He takes everything seriously and has a dislike for boisterous attitudes due to his middle school experience with his coach. Okumura also doesn't believe that it is possible for someone to be play baseball seriously while also being able to truly enjoy the sport at the same time. He enrolled in Seidou to see if that is possible, as well as to see how far would his abilities take him. Although seemingly quiet most of the time, Koushuu can be very outspoken and often very critical about matters that he pays attention to; he oftevoices his opinions on Seidou's pitchers and their respective performances and is even not afraid of a direct confrontation against Sawamura for being loud in the dining room.
