There are two possibilities. Either she's really an ILI(MBTI INTJ) 584, or if she's really an 8 then she would more likely be an LSI. Desna is quite possibly SLI, and they're both somewhat similar in that they seem stereotypically Fe PoLR. Not every Fe PoLR type speaks that way, and all the time, but like someone in the comments said, it's a parody of Fe PoLR. They kind of remind me of Android 17 and 18, who are probably both SLI. Eska is rather assertive for an ILI, but that's probably due to the 8 fix. ILI 584 seems to fit.

Eska is the Chief of Northern Water Tribe, sharing power with her twin brother Desna. She is the cousin of Avatar Korra and a former fiancée of Bolin. The twins are extremely proficient waterbenders, especially in stealth attacks.
