The original main antagonist of The Fairly OddParents. Vicky is Timmy's mean, sadistic, self-serving and callous teenage babysitter who acts nice and polite around his parents but quickly drops the facade whenever they leave. At best, she is strict and rude to Timmy and forces him to go to bed early or do her own chores, but at her worst, she can be prone to straight up villainous actions, like trying to torture her 10-year old charge with weapons or trying to take over Dimmsdale/the world. #GreyDelisleGriffin
