Reasons why I think he is ISTP instead of ISTJ: 1 - His disgust of groups and antisocial behavior is a contrast of a dominant Ti and an inferior Fe. His thinking process is literally "Animals run in packs to compensate their weakness, so people who form groups are weak" (Ti). Also, the fact he compare people to animals constantly (because he cannot understand other people motivations) is a strong evidence of low Fe. 2 - Hibari has a strong Se. His obssession with fights makes him ignore everything (or almost everything). 3 - No sign of Fi at all. In the Varia arc, he ignores his love for Namimori school for a opportunity to fight Mukuro again (which is another evidence of his Se).
