Sorry, not an introverted if I ever saw one. We are awkward social freaks, especially Ni dominants. His Fe-Se loop is obvious. He uses Fe manipulation regularly as a mean to achieve his Se goals. This was his primary behavior for years before main character meet him. He manipulates and uses, through Fe to Se. He haven't showed any serious feats of Te. But his Fe usage is clear. It's just that his empathy and charisma aren't used for good things whatsoever.
