Only way this guy would use Se instead of Ne is if his Ni was actually decent as well, so that already rules out ESTP. Kaiser lives in the "future" of the field by taking in real world data, turning it into possibilities at high speed and finally predicting where the ball will land with high accuracy ( Ti ), Isagi's metavision is a Ni-Ti milder version of Kaiser's Ne-Ti ( for now ). I'll go with ENTP, open to changes.
