I've always had a fascination with this concept since I was a kid, alongside reality manipulation (e.g. creating and destroying matter at will). While I find the manipulation of physical elements, primarily ice and electricity, to be attractive as well - I feel a natural connection to time manipulation. Probably in part because I've always had a very good sense of time, knowing about what time it is in the day without looking at a clock/watch. Or how much time has passed since I started working on something. Overall, imagery of clocks, concepts of the flow of time, and so on have always resonated with me on a personal level.

Those who can warp time (such as reversing it, stopping it, hastening it, etc.) tend to be rather whimsical and carefree people who tend not to think about the consequences of their actions and likes to get away with anything. Especially dangerous if they're the villain. Users can move through the ages like walking to their kitchen. The powers of time manipulation are multiple and varied; users may travel in time, cause the flow of time to slow down or speed up or stop altogether, move between alternate timelines... After all, if he can move through time, can't he go back to before you attack him and kill you?
