Ne dom, seriously? Do you see Si inferior traits in him? He leads with his own moral principles (Fi). He likes music, so he wasted a lot of portion of his life, such as hanging out with friends his age, to attend his singing classes (idol training(?)). He always has strong judgments about others' success, thinking that they don't deserve it, etc because it doesn't align with his personal values or they have something to do personally with his well being (look at how he acts towards TRIGGER). His Ne is not very visible in my opinion, but it's still very much possible since he seems Se blind (he refuses to / thinks that it is useless partake in what teenagers around his age does for fun as it doesn't have anything to do with "being a idol", take tamaki who has Se auxiliary for example.). Now you might think that his dream to be an idol is because of Ni. The answer is, no. Haruka is passionate about music itself, like Yuki. He isn't fixated with the goal / success itself. He only does so when kujou deemed him as subpar and "replaced" him with tenn. He felt betrayed that he was told that he did a bad job in something he's very passionate about, and it attacked his moral views. In addition, I think he's on a Te grip. He greatly lacks objectivity, as seen on how started to see other idol groups and other idols (especially trigger and tenn) as something he should destroy, because they were the ones who made kujou "discard" him (Si-Te), when he should be upset at kujou himself, not tenn / trigger since they probably don't know.
