I'm unsure of Quiz's temperament but Melancholic or Choleric could fit, maybe even Sanguine. For enneagram, Type 3 makes more sense than types 8 or 5 (How did 2w3/7w8 get trending?). His core motivation was achievement instead of influence (8) or and unhealthy Fi I honestly don't know how this profile got trending, but I guess he's Quiz, so everyone voted.
