Most of this profile is pretty sound typing-wise. Ne is obvious in his childhood (which might be something that one would point out as an error in the ENTP typing because kids are generally like that), but a) Forehead girl-who's-name-I-can't-remember can be seen in contrast to Souta's Ne as a child, and also as a high schooler, and b) Souta's Ne is still present in the 10 years later chapters. His Ti is foggy in my memory but you could tell that he has Fe in his stack but subdued under Ti (so kinda weak) that is present quite strongly in the 10 years later chapter with Yuuna (HER NAME WAS YUUNA RIGHT?) and his Ti-Fe can be seen with how he struggles to communicate his feelings to Yuuna (and also has a hard time understanding her feelings) and can only really deal with that through humor and indirect statements which in my opinion justifies the Ti aux and Fe tertiary. 7w6 makes sense on a surface level (we don't get a huge arc for Souta I guess) but you can also see that he has a knack for taking what he wants like Naranjo explains 7s to be (gluttony). He also generally fits into the sp7 as described by Naranjo (he seems to fit the opportunist nature of sp7s and I could see him connecting to the "I'll be family for you so you'll be family for me", but we don't see very deep connections to subtypes in Souta. I definitely don't see so7 or sx7 for Souta though) so I'd recommend you guys change your instinct votes to sp/so. Also regarding socionics, ESE doesn't make sense and I'm not sure why it was voted (perhaps by mistake) because he seems to make use of Ne and Te (to a degree that is expected of a child) a lot, with Fe usage fitting of activating and not base. So yeah, ENTP 7w6, I like this typing. ILE and sp/so though imo.
