hmm i’d stick with ESFP. being fashionable doesn’t always mean being expressive of oneself, it may just mean being “extra” and putting a lot of effort in making yourself beautiful to show yourself off for other people/for the satisfaction of your vanity. so definitely, an extroverted function as Se (actually Ne may also be possible) overpowers an introverted function like Fi. and i’d say it’s more of an e3 thing since e3s are obsessed with their appearance; in this case, physical appearance that fashion is their primary tool to satisfy themselves that they are a certain image, especially when other people feed off of it.
