This along with many medical sciences is incredibly Si heavy, is it not? Since it pertains to very concrete things i.e. patterns in hormones and its correlations to observable mental illnesses. Psychiatry is not the more cool version of psychology (which is way broader --> therapy, wellbeing etc), it's an empirical medical profession. Meaning you go to medical school and have to learn a ton of theory about brain anatomy, pathology etc, and recall them well. You need to give an accurate diagnosis, there's no sort of intuitive extrapolation or empathy that goes into doing this. As a general rule of thumb, any science that is empirical is the realm of STs. They are the best at empirical sciences.
