Eleanor Kate "Elly" Jackson (born 12 March 1988) is an English singer, songwriter and the sole member of La Roux, formerly a synth-pop duo. Jackson is known for having reddish toned hair and androgynous style. She has a soprano vocal range. She was born in London to actors Trudie Goodwin (The Bill and Emmerdale) and Kit Jackson, and has an older sister named Jessica.
