I honestly think she's an enneagram 6. She doesn't really have strong morals: not wanting to get caught by Yubaba is fueled by self-preservation, not a drive to do what's right for the bath-house. She is not a perfectionist either... and perfectionism is the main trait of enneagram 1. She does judge others, but usually only within the context of keeping the frogs and other higher-level employees from harassing her. 3 is obvious in her tritype (her- and every other worker's- greed for No-Face's money) and so is 1, but I think the order is wrong.
