Nathaniel Adams Coles (March 17, 1919 – February 15, 1965), better known as Nat King Cole, was a famous American jazz musician, whose career stretched from the late 1930s to his untimely death in 1965. Cole's mainstream popularity endures thanks primarily to his unforgettable smooth, mellow vocals.
