Golan is the primary antagonist who appears in Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children. He is later killed by Jacob Portman. Golan was in Jacob's life long before the start of the series, including as Jacob's middle school bus driver Mr. Barron where he was greatly despised to the point where the students defaced his yearbook pictures with staples), and the man who maintained the Portman family's lawn and cleaned their pool.
