Towa is definitely ISFP and uses Fi far more than he does Fe. The root cause of many of his actions are based on his own subjective emotions (eg: I love you, so I'll help you --- I hate you, so I won't help you) without considering his effect on the social atmosphere. Also, I don't see Ni dominant... he does not seem to have any solid plans and acts on circumstantial "what he feels in the moment"/ what he wants at that moment (Fi-Se). SPOILERS FOR CHAPTER 24 I think a good display of his Te inf is the fact that he is well aware of the circumstances of ghouls + their lives + the outcome he wants but has no idea how to execute it. Te relies on efficiency and having set goals in mind, as well as knowing how to achieve them. His Te is clumsy since he knows what he wants but has no idea on how to execute/achieve those goals.
