She is guided by her strong values, and is deeply in tune with her own emotions and the emotions of others. She quite literally possesses a superhuman capacity for compassion in which she takes on the emotions of others & is able to understand them in a deep, and personal manner. Mantis is sensitive and introspective. She is highly empathic and driven by a strong sense of idealism and morality. Sexual Nines tend to be very kind, gentle, tender and sweet. Sexual Nines unconsciously use relationships to feed their sense of being. They merge with others almost symbiotically, taking on their feelings, attitudes, & behaviours. Sexual Nines are primarily other-referencing, highly differentiating them from Fours, who are self-referencing types. Others-referencing types primarily attune themselves to the needs of those around them, and set their own needs on the back burner.
