ngl I feel sort of bad for this dude, especially when he got his opportunity to date Karen unfairly ruined. As someone who's either so4 or sx4, I also relate a lot to his individualism, esoteric interests, as well as fundamental fears of rejection and isolation. I think I'd unironically try to befriend this guy if I was in the CO09 universe, he otherwise seems a chill and empathetic guy to discuss anime with, nowhere near as callous as Nicole or Emily. In that one school shooting ending, I see Jeff as a made-psychopath rather than a born-psychopath. In any case I feel like if he had more friends and support, those desires to begin with would definitely have been nipped in the bud. Just know that the second he starts actually yapping about lolis though, I'd be instantly blocking him.
