ENTJ seems right but I really don't buy the 3w2 enneagram. Joyce doesn't at all try to impress you or change around and success isn't really apart of her identity, she's more goal. She's very professional and dignified to the point Harry will feel shame for asking her for money. She also has a lowkey 1 growth into 7 which is why she's curious toward Harry and enjoys talking about reality with him as well as historic tidbits and I just don't see a 3w2 being that fore coming. Also she's really into doing things by the books unless its aboustlely necessary to break protocol 1w2 imo
