The way entity Nikki tried her best to crawl out broke my heart, during her alteration, she used dark twisted cult like poetry to show how she “wanted” this (entity Nikki) but also how universally wrong this is. The Hansel and Grettel story was so mind twisting because that was entity Nikki rewriting real Nikki’s mind by normalizing a romance even though real Nikki saw Bear as a brother. That story gave me goosebumps, the way she explained it, how she worded it sounded so “loving” and wrong at the same time. This movie is a 10/10, the ending genuinely made me cry because it was so heavy, when Nikki just snapped back into place and got hit with the cruel reality of what happened to her.
