Tess is def not an ESTJ. throughout the movie she uses a harmony function (Fe) by staying in her bad relationship, trying to look happy and good when her potential employer states that she's in a bad area, she stays with Keith and even drinks with him, she goes down to save him, she goes back in to save AJ, all of these things scream ESFJ not ESTJ. I wouldn't say ENFJ cus she seems very present or past focused, not future focused besides her job which is still pretty much a present thing for her. more assertive ESFJ's can often come off like ESTJ's in their demeanor, but when you look at her direct decisions, it is very much about keeping the peace and trying to make sure everyone and everything is okay. also ESFJ's, when they are stressed can become more controlling, blunt and logical similar to an ESTJ which probably explains the first part of the film.
