It may be ENFJ or ESFJ, either of those two. My typing is loose and I' open for suggestions. Fe-wise, these types would get these because it is community's standard to showcase one's friendship with customized, matching(not necessarily)beaded bracelets. For ESFJs, they would probably get these for sentimental reasons, so it'll remind them of their friend. (Si I guess) They'll probably get some random bead even if it doesn't match for Ne purposes. This is highly stereotypical, but it's just a guess. But as for me, as an ENFJ, I bought one from a friend because I wanted to support her bead bracelet business. I would showcase it and promote it to others to support her business further.
