I'd say ESFP over ISFP, at least from what I've seen so far (I haven't played all the available routes yet). The MC definitely has high Fi, but seems to have more of a problem with impulsivity rather than any inability to get things done. She lacks foresight and often acts/speaks first before thinking things through, I personally see less Ni than Te.
