The auditions were officially opened on April 24, 2024, for any males of any nationality. On December 28, 2024, the finale aired revealing the group's name as POLARIX, with Shao Zi Heng ranking 1st, Lee Jun Hyuk ranking 2nd, Xu Shi Huan ranking 3rd, Xin Che ranking 4th, Pentor ranking 5th, Han Gyul ranking 6th, Zai ranking 7th, Yang Dong Hwa ranking 8th and Lee Da Eul ranking 9th.
