Beastars

Beastars (ビースターズ, Bīsutāzu) is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Paru Itagaki. The series has won multiple awards, including being the first Akita Shoten title to take home the Manga Taishō Award. An anime television series adaptation by Orange aired from October 8 to December 26, 2019 on Fuji TV's +Ultra programming block. A second anime season was announced at the conclusion of the first season. The first season is also planned for an early 2020 release on Netflix outside of Japan.
